On premises sales are final. We only accept returns or cancellations where goods are not of satisfactory quality, do not match a sample or do not match a model seen or examined as defined by the Act. You are encouraged to fully inspect goods prior to completing the contract and before leaving the premises.
We hope that you enjoy our products and are completely satisfied with them and our service. In some circumstances it may be necessary to return products to us. Please follow these instructions when returning goods as it may delay the process if items are not returned correctly.You will be responsible for the associated charges incurred in returning any goods, unless we have agreed to reimburse you through a separate agreement.
As the customer you are responsible for inspecting the goods on delivery. If any of the packaging is damaged in any way, please sign for the parcel as damaged and inform us via email that you have done so, and you must contact us promptly should a problem arise. You should contact us in writing or by email within 48 Hours after delivery if you need to inform us about missing, broken or defective goods. When sending goods back to us you are responsible for the safe return of these items and we would recommend that you insure them for their full value while in transit back to us, so that you can recover the full cost of the goods should they get lost, stolen or damaged. Please retain your shipping receipt and proof of postage/insurance as we will not accept liability for lost, damaged or stolen, returning goods. Refunds are issued after we investigate each return and make a decision, this will always be within thirty (30) days after the date that you notify us of the return and after we have confirmed that you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will only be made when the product in question have been received by us in its original delivery state. Each return must be clearly marked with a return number, a return number will be issued to you when we process your request.
Please be aware that new bikes need a period of bedding in & may be subject to rattles, squeaks and creaks. This is quite normal & the drive train in particular is likely to need adjustment to continue to operate satisfactorily. In addition to regular maintenance bikes should be regularly checked by a professional for safety. This service is supplied free of charge for bikes brought to our workshop within 3 months of purchase at which time we will address any issues.
Returns will not be accepted where it is apparent that satisfactory maintenance has not been carried out or the goods have been subject to misuse or abuse. Bulbs, brake pads / blocks, bearings, tyres, tubes, chains, sprockets, hangers and cables are regarded as consumables & will only be replaced if defective at the time of delivery. All goods supplied must be immediately inspected upon receipt & we must be notified in writing within 24 hours of any apparent faults, defects or other issues.
Under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel distance and off-premises contracts within 14 days without giving a reason.The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the date on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us, CorCoach Ltd, 1 St Johns Terrace, Harrogate, North Yorkshire, HG1 5JN, 01423 313613, firstname.lastname@example.org of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement. (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the below model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. We recommend that you send this by email however if you choose to do this by post then we recommend that you use a signed for service.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Should we accept the return of an unwanted or incompatible product, you are responsible for the cost of safe carriage back to us and you will bear the risk during carriage until the product is received by us therefore you are advised to organise appropriate insurance to cover the return journey.
